I don’t know anything about the new coal brick oven pizzeria in Red Hook Brooklyn. But I bet you could. Would that be Anselmo’s? How hot does your oven get? It’s my understanding that in Manhattan you can’t get a permit to build a coal fire oven. They’re all grandfathered in. When they’re gone, everyone will have to go to Aneslmo’s.
